I actually only met him once he came to meet us at Trax when they had us waiting for a bus bridge, and he drove us the rest of the way to work (remember?). He just seemed happy to help us. I was impressed. I know he was a good man who loved (loves) you. Praying for God's peace for you and the family.

Just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear about Steve's passing. I knew Steve 35 years ago when we worked together at Stringham Lumber. We later worked together here at Boise Cascade and spent a lot of time camping and hanging out together. I watched his two girls grow from young kids to little girls. I have not seen them for many years but my heart goes out to them and his wife during this time. Steve was a great person and a good friend. I will miss you. May the lord watch over your family...
