Not sure what to say?

Attorney Lieberman was a great human being, I enjoyed working with him in the City of Portsmouth, where I served in every capacity over my 30 years in municipal government. I know he was most proud of me for becoming the first woman City Manager. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers. His Spirit is eternal always with us. Dr. L. Pettis Patton, Fredericksburg, Virginia
