Family Gathering at Hao Hao

Steven, time of year to send heaven a message. I was in Corpus and saw the Omni Hotel and it reminded me of the time I would call you each night I was there. I was telling Elaine you would get you a glass of tea, I would get mine. Remember the beautiful sunset I was seeing and you told me to watch it every night I was there. Those times on the phone each night before your parting were precious. You are remembered with much love, my little brother. Cathy

Precious Steven, You are thought of often especially during the holidays. How wonderful it must be to be able to look at the Lamb during this Christmas season. Elaine and I talk about our family and how blessed we were to be loved by each other. Sing the praises of Jesus with the Angels. Love, Cathy

Steven, been think about you, guess it's cause you left us 2years in a couple of days. I guess you had a great time welcoming Mom and Clay. Elaine and I talk about you guys a bunch. I miss making you a glass of tea you so enjoyed. Still thinking about you and know you are enjoying your heavenly home. Love you, Cathy

Steven how marvelous that you are worshiping with our precious brother this Sunday. Clay went home yesterday afternoon. You would have been so proud of Clay. So many people came to his bedside to tell him how much they loved him that their lives had been changed because he had led them to the Lord. It was such a blessing for his family to see this wonder. You are both precious to me. Elaine and I will talk about our precious family that has gone before us. I love you. Cathy

Hey sweet heart Sean and I miss you dearly!!! You were my mentor in Christ. I know you are happy and looking down from heaven upon Sean and I.

Steven and Mom at Dan's

Steven, you were certainly remembered this week. You are very much missed. Mike, Elaine and I thought about you and retold funny tales, while remembering your "glory day". Mike says you must be an "ole pro" with the goings on in heaven. Hoping to "meet you in the air" soon. Miss you, dearly, Love Cathy

Steven,it's getting near Christmas;your celebration with The Lamb will be nothing you could compare here on earth. You are never far from my thoughts. You are missed. Enjoy the Christ child birth celebration in heaven this year. Love Cathy

Hey Steve, sure miss you and mom. I expect your reunion with mom was glorious. It is difficult with dad, you and mom all gone. There really is a void. It is still hard to bring up you and mom cause you departed to Glory so close together. We love you and miss you. Sing with the angles. Cathy

The name Steven appropriately to ''our'' Steven, means ''crown,'' and we know whose, for when Steven Lyon was a little boy, he was childlike, not childish, and when God said, Ye are no longer children, Steven became a man, from the zeal with which you speak of him. Steven was one of my youth's young heros for this reason .Melinda
