I had the honor and privilege to work with Steve when he practiced law in the First Judical District as an Attorney, a Superior Court Judge, an Arbritrator and a Mediator. Steve was a very special and caring person that was well respected. He would stop by my office to say hello whenever his work brought him to Pasquotank County.
