My name is bob zak.I was a Cleveland Police Detectivein 1978 wgen a group of officers decided to start the first Stress unit for police officers in the country.Sgt Tom Roche advised me to contact Steve for fundung.I met with Mr minter and he wasvery gracious and agreed police needed counseling. He gave us a grant and 4 of us were able to attend Rutgers University in New Brunswick New jersey.I later found out that Mr minter Had a brother in law enforcement. We were able to hire a Psychologist...

Steve shared freely his gifts. His accomplishments serve as an encouragement to us all to be are best individually and collectively.

Steve Minter! What an amazing person! It was a joy to work for him and with him.
His contributions toward strengthening and advancing the practice and impact of philanthropy are imeasurable. He led the field in ways that inspired so many others.

Steve is now resting in the arms of the angels. Memory Eternal!

This is Marge Schwallie and the late Ed Schwallie. Ed respected Steve so much and enjoyed working with him years ago. Marge remembered Dolly when she had their first child. Marge's prayers are with the entire Minter family.
