It is with profound sadness that I find myself offering condolences to Steves family; he left us too soon. Steve spoke proudly of his family and lovingly of his nieces. He was the kindest, gentlest and most loyal friend a person could have. It was common for him to put others first because he wouldnt have it any other way. I am so very sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He was a friend of several years, and always had a good word to say when I saw him. On one occasion, he even brought is mother to my office to meet me. She was so proud of him, of her entire family, and of their Cuban heritage - a very impressive lady. I know that she and Steve were very close.
