Sincere condolences to Marcie and the whole Morrow family. Steve was one of a kind and led a life that most people would envy. Steve was a part of our life that I fondly look back . Rest in peace friend !

I recall having a difficult problem with a tenant. I went to GPD to discuss a "civil standby" at the property while I discuss a solution with the tenants. Officer Morrow stood behind me and said nothing,while I proposed options for the tenants, within 24 hours the problem was solved. His presence was all that was needed. He was a "no nonsense" officer and a blessing to our community. My condolences to his family.

A very good Stealhead Fisherman. The guy you wanted standing next to you when trouble showed up.

I called Steve my "First Mate" as we spent many hours together deep-sea fishing in Monterey Bay. Steve loved fishing and was always fun to be around. He will forever be missed but not forgotten.
