Not sure what to say?

Professor Nath was one of the only professors I had at UNO that left a lasting impact on me. I am sending condolences. I still have videos saved of him getting pied in the face.. and can still remember all of us eating jelly beans in accounting. He will be missed and remember forever.

Knowing Steve was a beautiful thing. He was excellent to talk with and a very kind soul. He seemed so full of life and will forever be missed. You could recognize his voice in a room full of voices!

Steve was a great guy. He was the first person I met when I attended Bryan Jr High. We were good friends throughout high school and varsity teammates on the golf team. I hadn't spoken to him in several years, but we occasionally stayed in touch on Linkedin. Steve was a good athlete, funny, and possessed a superior intellect. He also did the all-time best version of Frankie Valli's "Sherry Baby." RIP, my friend!

Nath family: I am so sorry for your loss. As a former student, I will never forget the impact he left on me and always leaving his class with a smile. He has made such an impact on so many lives, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all through this hard time.

My deepest sympathies for the Nath Family. As a former student of his, I always enjoyed his lectures. He made the class bearable and fun with his humor into the often boring accounting problems and case studies.

My greatest apologies for the Nath family, Steve was an amazing teacher and personality to be around and left a big impact on me as a student at UNO. Cant thank him enough for the laughs and memories i had in my final year as well as what he taught me.

My deepest condolences go out to the Nath family. I´m a former student and although accounting was definitely not my favorite class, he was easily one of my favorite professors. He was always so helpful and truly made the class more fun. His witty jokes to add a little laugher into lectures were incredible. I´m at a loss for words, he will truly be missed.

Steve - you are an amazing human. Your support of my sister when she was sick so very appreciated. The world lost a bright ray of sunshine when you left.

My deepest sympathies for the Nath Family. As a former student of his, I always enjoyed going to class with him as the professor. He knew how to make something like accounting fun! He was truly my favorite professor and he will not be forgotten! Sending thoughts and prayers.
