Steve respected all life. He had a dog named Lobo that he loved while growing up. He always carried treats for the neighborhood dogs and was known as "Uncle Steve". This is a photo of him, Rodeo, and Meg.

Steve and I also enjoyed cross country skiing. This is a photo of us at Trillium Lake. Time spent in nature was one of our thin spots where we felt close to God.

This photo is from an annual bike ride "Tour de Marbles" done with friends in Northern California. Steve is on the summit of an 11 mile climb, Carter Meadow. Steve wore his Optune (arrays and battery pack for treating GBM) device in a backpack and despite having 2 surgeries at that point, was still the first to the top of the hill. He was amazing inside and out. I love and miss him so very much.
