Steven Marc Rachlin M.D.

Although we no longer have Steve with us here, he is with us in our hearts shining bright like a star in the heavens. Eric & I loved and admired him and will continue to miss Steve always.

I am shocked to read of Dr. Rachlin's death, although it's at an age when many holistic professionals oddly do die. I must stress that Dr. Rachlin saved my life over 30 years ago when I was a patient of his at his Plainview practice, along with those of my friend's relatives who recommended me. He has been the one doctor among countless others who found the root causes of my issues back then, and also genuinely cared. He also answered a letter I sent to him personally, and acted upon it. ...

Steve and I were the best of friends throughout high school and college. He was one of the few friends I invited to my wedding in 1969. He was very supportive when my father died in 1967. He gave me advice at our high school reunion that cured my daughter of a recurrent viral syndrome. I am so, so sorry. He was a wonderful person.
