Not sure what to say?

So sad to hear of my cousin's passing. Fond memories of Steve teaching me to drive his Skylark... shooting hoops...and hanging out on Ft. Lauderdale Beach when I was suppose to be in school. I'm sorry we lost touch over the years.

To the family. I would like to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. Steve was one of the most humblest & modest person I have met. He was kind & thought ful. I am sorry we lost contact after high school.

Steve, we've known each other since 3rd grade-having lived a few blocks from each other-we drifted apart, after college you went south and i went west, but i have often thought of those soccer games every day where you, tom beaver, steve russell and melvin shank and i would take on the entire school and would more often -win..i'm so sorry to hear of your passing...God Bless you and your family..you will be missed..

Steve was an incredable person I will always hold on to those special memories I have of him.l miss him so much.love you steve.

To all of Steve's family: After meeting Steve for the first time at Western, we became the closest of friends and roommates. I will always cherish the countless memories of him, from our Michigan vs. Ohio basketball games with Tim and Rex to our conversations about life into the wee hours of the night. Steve was an elite athlete, but he was even more deluxe as a person. He had a kind and tender heart for all people especially those who were disadvantaged. He taught me many things that I carry...

As an Ann Arbor Huron High School basketball player, I had the good fortune of playing against Steve and those great Ypsi teams. They used to beat us like a drum, but Steve was the consummate sportsman, humble in victory and always first class. I have never forgotten him, my admiration remains. God Bless.

Steve left us with many fond memories during his years at Ypsilanti High School. He was a fine young man and I am sure he made many meaningful contributions during his life time. We were all blessed. Our condolences to the entire Rhodin family. Melissa Loy and William Dusbiber

Dear Bob: I'm so sorry to hear of Steven's passing and send condolences to you and your family.

My father was truly an amazing and incredible man. It brings warmth to my heart to read how he touched everyone's life in his own special way. He had an amazing gift and those who knew him can attest to that. I am so proud to be his daughter and miss him with every passing moment. Rest in peace Dad. I love you always.
