He was born February 8, 1971, to Robert and Barbara (Reynolds) Rockford, both of whom preceded him in death. He married Tammie Coy on September 16, 1995.

Thinking of you and your baby brother A life lived with so much love never really ends. Stevie's memory will go on forever in your hearts. I remember coming over to your house on Weds for "taco night". Little Stevie w/b running around in nothing but a diaper. He was so cute with his towhead blonde hair and those bull legs. Our condolences to Tammie and all the kids. Steve was a true inspiration to us all. He put up a long ,hard fight. He was a wonderful man and I'm really glad I knew him. You should be proud that he was your husband and father.
