He was the son of an old friend with whom I no longer have contact, but had met Steve several times while recording with his dad and we discussed music, got along very well...I liked him very much, even gave him a few metal cds once. Deepest sympathies, I am still shocked. RIP little buddy!

I read this and it sounded like it was written for Steve. "Don't write your name in the sand, waves will wash it away, don't write your name in the sky, the wind may blow it away. Write your name in the hearts of the people you come in touch with. That's where it will stay."
