Mrs. Ross, Michael, Alison, and family,

I want to extend our condolences from all of us at Suze. We are very sorry to hear of your loss.

His good humor, stoicism, and encouragement had a very positive and long lasting impact on my life - despite the brevity of our encounters. He was gifted and he shared it unequivocally. All of us at Suze will miss him very much.

Dear Ross family, my condolences to all of you. Steven was a remarkable man, one of the great few whom you could completely trust by the shake of his hand. I owe a lot to Steven. He put his trust in me and our company, giving us great opportunity to grow. He also was a wonderful friend. I truly enjoyed my visits with Steven and he left me with many great memories. He was both an inspiration and a mentor to me. I will never forget him.

My condolences to the Ross Family. Steve was a good friend of my father, Bill Gaffney. When I got married in the 80's we stayed at your house in Palm Springs for our honeymmoon. Later he hired my husband, Bill Bowie to work at Poly America. When my marriage failed, Steve acting as my father(who was alraedy passed) called me into his office and gave me some fatherly advise. I'll never forget his kind words to me and the advice he gave. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My condolences to the Ross Family on your loss. I was an engineer with Poly-America in the mid 1980's. Steven was a truely dynamic individual who led with great strength and positive values
