My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Ross family due to the untimely loss of Steve. I worked with Steve for many years at Avco/Textron and had nothing but respect for his work ethics and professional manners. Steve will be greatly missed and I know that he is looking down on all of us. My deepest sympathy and condolences at this most difficult time.
