I don't know what to say. My heart is heavy and yet thankful at the same time. Steve knew and loved the Lord and I know he is now in the presence of the all mighty creator.
You will have a hard time most likely. When you loose your best friend and soul mate nothing is ever the same. Yet I know God will carry you. Think on the good and happy times.
