Not sure what to say?

Steven - I thought of YOU when I recently read this...
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is ususally to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a Godsend and they are. They are there...

Hey Steve-o yesterday was your birthday anniversary, and I was unable to get to a computer but today and yesterday I am thinking of you. I do miss you lots, and it is still un real that you are actually gone... I still sit and imagine the times we spent together. Especially when you came up to North Dakota for my graduation and got out of the car and chased the turkeys at Sully's Hill. Everyone loved that!!! You will always be with me...

Love,
Jenny

Hey, Steven, it's your birthday anniversary today! I still remember when you were just a little tyke, how your lovely mother would always make a cut-out sailboat cake for you; yeah, you were spoiled! I will have a piece of coconut pie for you today because I KNOW you loved them!

Your special memory continues to live within me. I feel your presence from time to time and it is so very welcomed. Occasionally, I run into or hear from your friends. They will always be your friends...

Margaret, Vicki and family: I just heard about Steven's death and wanted to send my belated condolences. Although I haven't seen Steven in a few years, I often thought of the laughter he brought into my life when I needed it most. There were so many wonderful things about him and I hope he is at peace.

Dear family and friends,

I feel fortunate to have known Steven all 48 years of his life. Steven knew the "law of kindness." I am proud to say he was the one to take a "road trip" to St. Peter to see my brother during his hard times. I witnessed his kindness at the Veteran's Hospital, helping the physically and mentally challenged patients. Steven always had a way of making everyone feel comfortable in his presence.

While there are no words I can say that might help...

Dear Margaret, Vickie, Susie, and other family members. I was saddened to hear of Steve's passing. I have many fond memories of "Stevie" from the growing-up years on Thomas and Upton. He was always fun and fun-loving as a youngster and it sounds like his personality remained the same as an adult.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Steve. Margaret, Vickie, & Susan, it is sad news to hear of Steve's death.Being neighbors in the 50's, I have many memories of Steve's ability to put a ray of sunshine in your day.No matter what
you liked him.I'm thankful for the way he touched our lives.

Steven - you were always one of those big hearted characters that so many of us appreciated. Especially Luanne - thanks for being such a great friend and confidant of hers for so many decades. You were always there for each other regardless of how tough things got - Thanks for touching our lives in your kind way. Bill J.
