My nickname for him was Happy, he smiled most of our days together. He taught me so much. He loved SO much, and was truly a one of a kind man. I will Never forget him.

Thanks Shark for making all you meet feel like family. You've set the bar very high for the rest of us. You will be missed. ❣

Steve was a very good friend of mine in the glass community. We shared birthdays one day apart and we got to spend some time together every August at AGI for which he had just messaged me to hurry up and sign up literally a week or so before he passed. I wanted try a technique this year and not only did he help mewith advice but he gave me some of the materials I needed to try it. I ran back to him after I finally nailed it. This was just a part of our stories together. He loved his wife and...

We simply loved Steve. He welcomed us into his circle with open arms, filled a spot in our hearts where there was a void. He will be misse deeply! My condolences to everyone in this very sad time. #onemoreboatride

Steve was special person. He brought joy and good humor everywhere he went. I wish I could make it to Michigan for the celebration of his life, but will not be able to make it due to work travel. I want to let his wife he spoke of so often know we in the glass community are thinking of her and the whole family. I will so miss seeing Steve at our warehouse and glass events in the future. We became good buddies, and I can honestly say he was an absolute diamond in the rough of the glass world....

Steve left an indelible mark on so many people. We love you and will miss you forever!
