I've known Steve since 2001. We were introduced to each other through our mutual friend (Jane). Steve was always a gentleman, soft spoken, humble, and friendly. I've conducted several real estate deals with Steve. From that, I could see how much he cared about the welfare of his employees. I did not find out about Steve's passing until last week. My heartfelt sympathy to the Sivo family. I had the privilege of working for Steve at BDS. Steve was a great boss. I will always remember Steve arriving at BDS in his truck with his dog, Bear. And how he would have lunch cookouts for his employees - Steve flipped the burgers and grilled the hot dogs. Steve was a kind and good man. He will be missed.
