Steven Douglas Strauss

I knew Steven during my days as a Latin teacher in Ohio. He was a man of good-humor, intelligence, and ethics. In the Greek world - we have a saying - May his memory be eternal. In Steven's case, through his family and friends, his memory will be eternal.

I am so saddened to hear of Steven's passing. He lived life to its fullest and although he will be missed his memory will be eternal. My thoughts and prayers are with his mother, his wife and his children.

Steve has been such a good role model for the students over these couple decades. He was a wise, refined and quiet presence for all who knew and worked with him. My sympathy and prayers are with his family.

I was a Latin student of Mr. Strauss for 2 years at NDA in 2000-2001. He was a wonderful, intelligent, fun teacher. I am so shocked and saddened to hear this news and I am keeping his family in my prayers. My deepest condolences.
