I have known Steve over 20 years since we met at a men´s group where we discussed and shared what it meant to be a Christian man. Our guidepost was the Proverbs verse 27:17, "Steel sharpens steel". Steve like all of us acknowledged our shortcomings but he was determined to use his power as a man to: help others in need, protect his friends and especially his family. For those who knew him the word resolute is a gross understatement. RIP my brother. Jay

Steve was a football teammate at Farmington Harrison for two year's, we were part of the Hawk Brotherhood. He was a tremendous football player, athlete and teammate. I knew Steve as a tremendously gifted athlete, committed and loyal Hawk and a genuinely kind person and friend. For Steve's family and those he touched, I pray that the memories of his remarkably impactful life shines above the profound pain and loss felt by so many at this time. His legacy speaks for itself. RIP #22. You will be missed.
