The absolute most caring physician I had the pleasure to being a patient of. You were the best sir! I know you are in the arms of the Lord.

Dr. Steve is missed as much now as he ever was. I think of him often and miss his friendship as much as his medical insight. I will always treasure the memories of our talks about life, our Lord and of course health.

Dr Steve will be a man who will always be remembered in very special ways by so many friends, patients and colleagues. I´m sure Our Dear Lord has accepted him with open arms and is enjoying his magnificent humor!! My favorite Hungarian brother! Loved him, Danny Cavolo

Steve was a dear friend and confidant and fantastic Dr. I just found out about this today and my heart is broken for you and the community Steve was one of the kindest people I have ever met and I am sure he is watching over all of you. He was a great doctor served my family for many years, but he was even a greater man . those of us that had the honor to know him will never forget him my god bless him with his presents, and give his family strength to deal with the loss of there husband father and grandfather , he now walks with Jesus whom he loves so much.

Dear Maria and family, Imagine the surprise I had when I was at Deb Elam's house the other day and she showed me the funeral bulletin of her doctor friend we'd been praying for. I knew she was helping to care for a friend but I had no idea it was Dr. Takacs! I was just stunned when I saw his picture. I'm so sorry. I'm glad i had the opportunity to work for such a fine man. Dr Steve Takacs was a wonderful man and a fabulous doctor. When he left private practice my husband was devastated. He adored Dr. Takacs and continues to mourn that he is no longer in his care. He missed having his caring friend to talk to. We just discovered that Dr. Takacs went on to his reward and our hearts are broken. We actually were trying to discover his address so that we could take a drive by and to mail him a card. We are so very very sorry for your loss.

E was our doctor for many years. He became a friend. He came to our church during a health fair. I prayed with him when he needed it and he prayed for me when I needed it. Cathy and I will miss him dearly.
