I SEND MY CONDOLENCES TO CHERYL AND FAMILY. I FOUND THISS OUT AFTER THE FACT OR I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. HE WAS MY FRIEND, EVEN THROUGH SOME DIFFICULT TIMES . I WAS TOLD HE ASKED FOR ME AT SPORTSMAN BASH, WHICH I MISSED THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF HEALTH ISSUES. I AM SO SORRY, BUT BE ENCOURAGED THAT HE IS NOLONGER SUFFERING AND WILL BE WAITING TO MEET US IN GLORY!! SORROWFULLY SUBMITTED, TERENCE WALTERS

We are so sorry to hear about Steve. He was so kind and thoughtful to everyone. He really looked after Bob and Bill when they were brothers in arms with the 2nd Maryland. We have so many fun memories of our reenactment days with you, Steve and your family. You will be in our thoughts and prayers. I am sure Steve is enjoying a special place in Heaven and sharing that beautiful smile. Sending our love to you.
