Not sure what to say?

Dear Uffelman family,
I just heard about Steve today. Steve was one of the nicest, funniest and most caring people I have ever been fortunate enough to meet. Steve loved the Lord and he loved his family. I always looked forward to his visits to our plant.(MTD Martin) He and I have traded alot of family stories over the past 20 something years. I almost feel like I know each of you personally. I have been blessed to know Steve and I share in your grief. I will miss him but I know he is...

Dear Debbie and Family, I just found about about Steve's passing and want to take this opportunity to share my deepest sympathy with you. We were in grade school together, so we go back a ways. May our Lord grant you peace and comfort as you move along on His path with your lives...God is Good!

Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Steve was a valued friend, and I will miss him greatly.

Dear Debbie Mo and Family,

Our family was in constant prayer when we heard of Steve's illness. He was such a giving man - I remember him teaching confirmation - going on field trips with the kids. Always there if you needed anything. Sharing a hug on Sundays. We will miss him so much. Its been an honor to know him. My heart is with you Debbie and your family. May we find peace that he is with the Heavenly Father.

....But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. "Look" he said "I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God." (Acts Chapter 7)

Dear Debbie and Family,
May your memories sustain you all in the coming weeks and give you strength. The Lord's blessings and deepest sympathy.

When hearing the news, my heart sank. Mr. Uffelman was a great role model and man to look up to. He really was a great example of a man of God. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.
I can remember coming into the locker room at half time and seeing Mr. Uffelman working the Christmas tree sale. He would always ask me how the game was going and how I was doing. I would try to answer the questions as best as I could, but he knew when things were'nt going well and would always...

Whenever Steve came to town & we had the pleasure to lunch with him, he always shared such great stories of his family outings and vacations, and one could tell how important and wonderful his family was to him. He had a great sense of humor, and was no stranger to working hard in all he did. He took pride in his work, and worked well with everyone we knew at MTD. We will always remember Steve with much love & good memories, and pray that his family in time will find comfort.

Dear Uffelman Family:

Our deepest sympathy and love at the loss of your loved one. We have such terrific memories of Steve as he shared his hospitality, joyful/naughty spirit and friendship with us. We will miss him but look forward to joining him one day in the Lord's house. We are thinking of all of you and know your faith will comfort and sustain you.
