Not sure what to say?

So many years since the Lord took you home to Heaven and I feel the "Steve-shaped" hole in my heart. I think of you every day. It's amazing how often I think, "Oh, I should tell Steve" or spot something in a store (usually train-related) and I get a feeling "Oh, Steve would love that." Mike & I and the rest of the family miss you and we're so looking forward to our reunion at the pearly gates!

Thinking of Steve today again today. I'm thankful to have known him through work; he was a talented man. Mike: praying for your family as you transition into a new season of life without him here.

Mike and Cheryl, sorry to hear of your sad loss. My prayers go out to you. I'm sure Steve is still smiling done on you. That's how I always remember him, smiling!

My deepest sympathy to your family. Steven had a happy spirit which showed in his kindness, talent for photography, & his passion for all things trains. I enjoyed talking about trains & seeing his latest work when I visited with him. He was very talented.

~Lisa (one of his past nurses)

Condolences to Mike and the entire VanTil family. Steve was always happy and pleasant with a big heart and will be missed.

My cousin Stevie was such a wonderful man. He loved with his entire heart, was kind, and generous, and dearly loved by his family. His absence from this earth will be felt, but his presence in heaven will be a grand reunion!

My deepest sympathy to your family, Slugger was all we knew him as. Time passes by so quickly and before your know it your family is grown and some grown apart. Dad and Mom are deeply saddened by the passing of him. Dad used to love going to the shop and visiting with your Dad and all of you kids. Our prayers are with you. Another super star shining brightly in our sky.

Prayers to the Van Til family. We are so sorry for your loss.

Slugger...I will miss you so much; you have been a great friend and I couldn't have asked for a better baby brother...glad you are with mom and dad again...Love always brother Mike...like you always said, "keep smiling".
