Not sure what to say?

Debbie, Jessica, Aaron, Lindsey,
Wish I could be there with you as you were for Chris & I when Billy's 1st year arrived. I remember the open arms on the busy 4th of July and yet you took the time for us. Steve was always the brother I never had, and a great uncle to Chris. Hewill always be loved and carried in our hearts forever.

A year has come and gone since Steves death. How quickly time goes by. May the family replace the sadness of grief to the many wonderful memories of Steve. Deb you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers and I am here for you always.....
Love you,
Louise Ramos

HOW CAN MY UNCLE STEVE EVER BE FORGOTTEN. FROM HIS UNFORGETABLE LAUGH, TO HIS WARM PAPA BEAR HUGS. THE LAST TIME I SAW MY UNCLE WAS WHEN HE CAME DOWN TO LA TO VISIT US WITH MY UNCLE VINCENT. I WAS HAVING A REALLY BAD MORNING WHEN I HEARD A KNOCK ON THE DOOR. I PEEKED AROUND THE CORNER AND SAW THIS MAN STANDING AT MY DOOR. AS I WALKED CLOSER IT WAS MY UNCLE STEVE YELLING THROUGH THE SCREEN DOOR, "HURRY UP AND OPEN THE DOOR, IT'S COLD OUT HERE". I OPENED THE DOOR WITH A SIGH OF RELIEF....

Uncle Steve,
My husband and I are grateful for all the times you would drop on by and always give us great advise on how to fix up our house. You will be missed! Auntie Debbie and family know that you are in our hearts and thoughts during this difficult time. Also, the service held could not have been more beautiful. With all our love to you all.

Dear Debbie, Aaron,Jessica, Lindsey & respective family's,
I did not read about Steve's passing until the day after his services were held.
Had I known, I would have attended his memorial service held at Cornerstone.
Although I did not know Steve that well, I did have quite a few conversations with him, while attending my duties as a crossing guard across from your home. One day it was so hot, Steve brought me a large umbrella to keep me a little cooler.
It was deeds like...

Deb and family,
Steve was one awesome person. he was loving, honest, and playful. He would go out of his way for anyone. I really got to know him with his visits to Texas, and my visits to california. Steve you will be missed here on earth, but i will see you and billy at the pearly gates.

I remember how my uncle was always the life of the party. Anytime you were around him you had fun. I will remember him for being a good role model. He was a good father and husband and I will try to be as good a husband and father as he was. I will miss him enormously.

Steve is a great guy, I really looked up to him as a kid. I always wished I was a bit older so I could party just a bit more with him and the rest of the gang, Debbie and all the rest of the brothers and sisters as well as our family. We all spent a lot of ski trips, bbq's and picniks together and I always remember Steve with his huge laugh. He knew how to take care of his family and have a good time with his friends. Steve always treated me like I was grown up and showed it by asking me...

I last saw my brother Steven December 15th when he drove up with our brother Vincent to Covina,CA to visit me. We all went out together dancing, laughing, talking silly with eachother, just having a great time. Vincent and Steve would drive down from time to time, if not by car by Harley. Steve was in deed my big brother always giving me good advise and teasing me about the fact that I haven't married and pushing 50. I will miss and treasure those times with Steven who will always live...
