Not sure what to say?

I was both a colleague of, and a competitor with, Steve back in the mid-1980s when I was a young reporter in the Ware River Valley. He was a character, through and through, and always brightened up any room he walked into. Thanks, Steve, for the pleasure of knowing you.

Pat & Sheldon,
We are so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We remember him most when he was in the Lions Club and our daughter was in the Leo Club in school back in the early 80's. He was always so thoughtful and kind. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Steve was a lovely human being, and I am sad to hear of his passing, but what a (long) life!! RIP

There are very few sounds I will recall so clearly and think of us fondly as Uncle Steve's voice. For it always boomed across the room with a greeting that let you know he was happy to see you. He was always so fun to be around - loved to chat about anything and everything. We were all so lucky to have him as an uncle for all these years.

Now the angels get to enjoy his animated stories - with Aunt Millie sitting by his side smiling.

Uncle Steve was a wonderful person who used his long life to make the world a better place. May God and Aunt Millie welcome him into heaven. Melanie

Steve was involved with the town of Warren politics and he was a good friend to all that worked with him . We will miss his wonderful personally and that big smile. Carol Rosati

This was a man with a classy sense of humor. Good bye Uncle Steve,

You were a class act and an inspiration to all that knew you.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.
