Steven F. Wandler, 61, of Bath, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest surrounded by his family. Born on March 24, 1960 in Allentown, he was a son of Edward Wandler, Sr. of Bath and the late Elizabeth (Suranofsky) Wandler. Steven was employed as a brick mason in the construction field most of his life. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bath. Steven was a hard worker who loved baking, fishing, gardening, and helping others.


Survivors: In addition to his father, Steven is survived by his children, Justin and his wife, Sara, Ryan and his fiancé, Samantha, and Marissa Wandler; grandchildren, Josie, Abram, and Lillian; brothers, Edward Jr., and his wife, Jill, Michael and his wife, Beth; and several nieces and nephews. A brother, Jeffrey, preceded Steven in death.


Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 28th at 10:30 a.m. in the church, 210 E. Northampton St., Bath. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Friday morning from 8:45 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Bath. Online condolences may be offered below.


Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in loving memory of Steven.
