Steven was very precious gem of a human being. Always right there, for student in crisis as a counselor but he went above & beyond his job description. He helped students in the classroom, on the playground, in the cafeteria, before school, afterschool..not sure about weekends or holidays but wouldn't be surprised if he did. Never spoke much about himself..just always busy helping others..& always with a sense of humour. That's why students, teachers, parents all loved him. A living...

Steven was loving and kind. He looked beyond academics and worked on acceptance, love and being a beautiful friend to all especially the little ones who did not fit in the norm. Thank you for being a divine angel.

Steve Yim touched so many young hearts and dedicated his life to ensuring the kids to be happy and to be just be kids he had a heart of gold always making sure those kids in need had a meal to eat, school shirts for those who couldn´t afford one, and for kids who couldn´t afford to go on field trips he genuinely and generously donated his own money behind the scenes so they were provided I commend him and I am grateful and proud of him for his job and extra miles for all he did for great is...

Mr. Yim was a friend of my husband, Francisco (Frank) Ranit, Jr., who passed away 5 years ago. His friendship was the world to my husband. My condolences to you and your family. God's Blessings, Love, Grace and Mercy be with you and your ohana always.
