Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I knew Steve a long time, he was a dear friend whom I used to go to shul with
on Mackenzie Street in Montreal.I will miss his freindship and kindness.
God bless you Steve

He was a very good scientific collaborator. I learned a lot about neurosciences with him. He will be sincerely missed.

I worked in Dr. Zalcman's lab for 2 years and I appreciated everything I have learned from him. He is a great mentor, real scientist and more than just a wonderful person; he was always so kind and considerate to everyone. It is so sad to hear of his passing and he will be truly missed.

Dr. Zalcman was an amazing mentor, teacher, a dedicated scientist and a genuine friend. I was a student in his lab and I will always be thankful for the opportunities he provided and his sincere interest in teaching. He was such a warm, kind person and he will truly be missed. I send my deepest condolences to his family and hope for love and strength for you all at this time.

I too would like to add a brief note conveying how much Steve will be missed. I knew him primarily as a professional colleague, but was always impressed by his passion and ethical commitment to the highest quality science. At the same time, he was good guy with a wonderful amiable personality. I will miss him personally as will so many others in our professional society (PsychoNeuroImmunology Research Society). He was an important, early formative member of the PNIRS

Dr Zalcman was a great person and mentor. I am deeply sadened to hear of his passing. I will fondly remember our long talks on anything and everything; especially on music, science or just life in general. He was a genuine and warm person and will be missed.

I was so sad and shocked to learn of Dr.Zalcman's passing. I worked in his labs for a couple years, he was a mentor, and a friend. I will miss his great sense of humor and wonderful sports talk, it is a great loss.
