Not sure what to say?

What can I say? I miss my uncle. Five years has passed quickly and I am still saddened by his passing. He is with Mom and Yia-Yia and that gives me peace of mind.

It has been five years, since my cousin Steve passed away and I still miss him very much. I know he is at peace now, united with his family, and no longer suffering. May his memory be eternal.

Sorry for loss, Chris West (grandmother Catherine Leventis deceased)

This morning, my cousin Steven's funeral will take place. I am so sadden that I can not be there for it. In our phone conversations, over the years, we always hoped that we could both meet in Muskegon, to see each other again, but that did not happen. When I spoke with Steve on Christmas Day, his last words to me were, " I want to go home just one more time to see my Mother and my sister, Connie." I am so grateful that he finally made it home and he is no longer suffering from his illnesses....

Steve was my first cousin. We spent a lot of time, together, just having fun playing and enjoying life. He grew up to be a wonderful, caring man. When his father died, he became the man of the house. He took such good care of his mother, sister, Connie, and her three sons. He loved and was so proud of his nephews, and always spoke so highly of them. We did not see each other much, the last few years, as I live in Cleveland and Steve in Chicago. We often spoke on the phone reminiscing about...

I livid across the street from Steven on Manz St. in Muskegon. we always had so much fun with him when he was around. I sure have a lot of fond memories!

I grew up with the Zarnas family on Manz Street. I loved going to their house because Mrs. Zarnas was always baking or cooking something that smelled wonderful. Connie and Steve were part of my 'growing up' years and I remember them fondly. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Steve and I were childhood friends who planned and acted together on our back porch. We were going to Hollywood and sing and dance. What a great guy. My sympathy to his dear friends and family.

Steve was a childhood friend. We were in Greek school together. Many years later we renewed our friendship and would phone each other every month or so. Throughout the years , he was a loving friend to my mother, always remembering her with flowers or a card on her birthday and Mother's Day. He was a kind and generous person; he had an artistic soul and a teasing sense of humor. I, my husband and mother will very much miss him.
