Dr. Stuart H. Case

Dear Barbara and Family-
I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Case passing. He was such a wonderful pediatrician to me and my sister. He was so gentle and always made us feel comfortable.

Case Family,
I had the privilege of learning from Dr. Case a physician assistant student in his office in El Cajon. I only spent a month with him but his lessons and bedside manner have stayed with me. Your family will be in my prayers and yet I rejoice that he is with our savior.

Dear Barbara, our thoughts & prayers are with you at this saddest of times. We remember Stu and your family with fondest memories and will cherish the times we had together.

Thank you for being a wonderful father to your children, caring father-in-law, loving grandpa to your grandchildren, friend to many, and caring physician to thousands. Most of all, thank you for being a loving husband to my mother. Without that, none of the joy and beloved sadness your family shares would exist.

I know God has already told you "Well done faithful servant. Heaven's course is yours today, play away!"

We were saddened to hear of Stu's passing. He was a respected colleague and one of the "good guys". We will miss him; but his legacy remains.

Dear Barb & Family, Remember the times we double dated with you and Stu? The dances, the Polar Bar for fries and cokes and later as our children grew the outings and birthday parties. After we left San Diego we enjoyed fly fishing and chicken livers in Pinetop/Lakeside. All those good times live in our hearts. We love you both. Terry & Marilyn Pate, Tucson, AZ
