I was Stuart´s Manager when he was the front end manager of the brand new National Supermarket in St Louis Mo. in 1975. His father was the President of National. I knew Stu was meant for bigger things and he left National. I progressed to be a category manager in the executive offices and then with Schnucks after they purchased National. The Cross family was very kind to me!
