Stuart M. DeLuca

I had the pleasure of working with Stuart at the Texas Dept. of Health in the early 1970's. Stuart's ability to take technical medical information and make it not only understandable, but interesting, helped to shape my 30-year career with TDH as a health educator. I learned so much from him.

When I heard of his death, my only regret was that I had not stayed in touch to let him know what a long-lasting effect he had had on my life.

My sincere sympathy goes out...

We will always be grateful for Mr. DeLuca's founding the Texas Inmate Families Association. We are members of TIFA and appreciate the help we receive from this organization.

Stu is a memory that I will never forget. I feel blessed to have known him at all.
