Dr Dowling took care of my pets years ago. He was such a nice man and was so nice to my children and their pets. Because of his care in the beginning both my pets (once my children were grown and left home) lived to be 17 years old. Thank You Dr Dowling for all your care!!

As a child living around the corner from Dr. Dowling's office I'd bring my adopted strays to him to "fix". He was very kind and understanding of a child's feelings.
