Stu was amazing and the work he did for nursing has become a lost art-the time he invested in teaching , sharing his expertise and also sharing life Experiences as a friend and not just a coworker. Stu raised me in the Peds ICU in 1992 and he remains my most cherished mentor. He was wicked smart and tough, but I loved every minute of learning my skill sets through Stu. He was still a big teddy bear when it came to his children and his Springers! Our first family dog was a Springer because of Stu! I´m so sad to hear this news. He deserved all the best in this world. Love to you all.
