For the brief time that I knew Mr. Flechner, he was always warm and kind and he really loved to volunteer at the Peninsula READS. He wanted to make an impact on the learners that he worked with. I appreciated that about him.

Stu was a beautiful soul! He had a great sense of humor and always found ways to help everyone! Met him during CERT and ham radio events, which made him a great leader to us all! I will miss his smile, his laugh, and the excitement in his eyes! Rest in peace, Stu! You deserve it! Hugs of peace and comfort to the family!

Stu was very involved in our amateur radio group and led our Public Service Event efforts. He planned, oversaw, and trained volunteers to participate in these events. His presence will be missed by us all!
