Not sure what to say?

Stuart and I were third cousins, although we never got to meet. However, we did have a brief correspondence via Facebook Messenger for which I am grateful and in which I got to tell him how much I valued my childhood memories of:
~his mother, Dorothy (my mother's second cousin)
~his grandfather, Rollin (my grandmother's first cousin--but actually more like a brother to her)
~his grandmother, Helen
~his uncle, Bill
Cousin Stuart, I hope you are resting in peace.

I met him when he was 6, I was 5. Stuart was one of my best friends, and his late parents, two of my best parents. I'll love you, STUART, DOROTHY and DON, forever.

The Oregon Humane Society is grateful for Stuart's compassion for animals and support.

Heartfelt condolences to Stuart's family. As a retired employee of Mentor Graphics, I was privileged to know Stuart in my many years there. He was kind, talented, supportive and one I considered a valuable colleague. I'm so sorry to hear this news. Blessings to you all.

Stu was an awesome, fun guy and a gracious host to countless Civil War parties with mountains of food and good people and great times. We shared a lot of laughs. I have rarely met a person who could make people so comfortable and happy. His jokes were the best - the phantom IT guy. All my love and deep sympathy to Jenny and family.

One of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. Ever patient and never condescending when dealing with tech impaired folks like me. My deepest condolences to the Harms family. RIP Stuart.

My thoughts and prayers are with Stuarts family. I worked with him at Mentor Graphics and he was always such a nice person and so great to work with. Prayers of peace to his family.

Stu was a wonderful guy who was always a supportive friend, even if we never met in person. I thank God for the time I had with him and I am with you in your time of grief.

To Stuart's family, sorry for your loss. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us that God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope, may that bring you comfort at this difficult time.
