Not sure what to say?

Mr Hilbert was a very likable person and teacher. I enjoyed our times in class and on the track and field competitions. He told me once I was the best decathlon athlete he had known. I felt that as a huge compliment. Enjoyed being part of his life. See you in heaven, God bless his family and friends!

What a wonderful experience it was having Mr. Hilbert (Stu) as a history teacher at Wainwright. He brought history to life and made it a true learning experience. He will be missed. Connielee (Swank) Matthews

So sorry to hear of his passing. He was my history teacher in Tainan, Taiwan in the late 60's. Thoroughly enjoyed him.

Stuart was a welcoming presence when I participated in my first AOPA show in the downtown armoury in the mid 90´s and was always one of the first people I sought out when visiting subsequent fairs in the US and HK. He had a deep love and appreciation for the art and always had a smile on his face. My deepest condolences to Barbara and Lianne on their sad loss. James Hennessy

They explained that there was no shop, that they sold mostly by bringing their wares to places like the one we were in. We have become friends over the years, and when I ran into Stuart...

It's with great sadness we learn of Stuart's sudden death. Gracious and vibrant just weeks ago, we are bereft by his loss to our neighborhood and to the Asian art community. Heartfelt condolences to Barbara and Lianne.
