STUART LONG

Today I am reflecting on the last time I saw Stuart. My son and I came from Richmond and Virginia Beach to the Tiger Woods tournament at Congressional Country Club. I ran into Stuart and we had a beer together. It is good to remember happy times.

Our heartfelt sympathies to Cherie and the family. Stuart was a dear friend. I remember his great humor and his dedication to Gonzaga.

Of course I'm late, just like all my bar shifts. I'm still in the business all these years later. So blessed to have his advice and boundless patience. Just telling a new bartender a story about Stu last week! I remember his 50th birthday party at Quigley's and Baseball Bill's toast. So many wonderful memories and lifetime friends. Thank you Stu for making that all possible. Cheer
