Not sure what to say?

My condolences to Lady Sylvia. I was the OIC of the grave-side detail for military honors for Stuart Peeler. We will never see his like again.

I did not know Stuart personally, but I had the honor of being part of the burial party that provided military grave-side honors for Stuart in Ireland. Lady Sylvia, please accept my sincere condolences. We will never see Stuart's like again, but I am sure you will continue his good works and I look forward to the publishing of his book. Gary L. Macnamara, LTC IN, (USAR - Ret.)

Lady Sylvia, we are all sadden by your loss and send our love to you. Stuart was, without a doubt, the most interesting and amazing person I had the pleasure and honor to know. Recalling those months, years ago, serving with Stuart in the 11th Airborne, brough me closer to my dear friend, who never failed to stay close through the years. May God Bless you and his memory. Dick Batson

May God be with one of my oldest friends-" Skeets" Peeler.

We grew up together in the Hancock Park area attending
3rd Street School. John Burroughs Junior High and graduating from Harvard School- Cllass of 1947.

After "Skeets" service as an Army paratrooper me as a Marine Lieutenant in Korea, we started our respective careers -he in Law and yours truly in the food business.

We both married great ladies and settled in Hancock Park
near close...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Stuart was one of our very dearest friends. We traveled all over the world with him in times past. Mostly in South America. Bill spent many years bird hunting and fishing with him in Mexico.
He also was in school with him for several years at Harvard (Military) School. We always saw him when he came to Califoria on business trips.
God rest his soul until we are together again.
Bill and Susie Patterson.

My dearly beloved Stuart will be in my heart forever. We had the greatest years of our lives. I was happy to type the manuscript for his book, Peeler and Son. Skeets, the last 2 birthday cards you sent me are indearing. Stuart made a positive and lasting impact on people who knew and loved you. We will always have that as your legacy and Skeets you will live forever in peace.
Loving you always,

Stuart was a dear friend and we enjoyed his company for many many years. We talked to Stuart from our Southampton, NY home the morning he died just to say hello and catch up with him and Lady Sylvia. He was full of life that morning. My son Matthew and I hunted with Stuart in Argentina where the sky at times was dark because of all the ducks flying. He really enjoyed hunting and fishing, and thee was never a subject that one could bring up that he didn't know about or could advance some...
