Stuart Ragland Jr.

Dr. Ragland was one of the most generous, intelligent and intellectually agile gentleman I have ever known. We had a Sunday morning amateur radio contact for many years using radio equipment that he gave me ( as mine was inadequate) and I avidly looked forward to those radio skeds (as we called them).
