Lloyd & I are remembering the anniversary of Skip's passing with all of the wonderful memories of our times together throughout our many years of friendship. Lloyd & Skip were childhood friends. I had the fortune to meet & get to know Skip & wonderful Rochelle when Lloyd & I met over 35 years ago. We spent those many years sharing a lot of times together. Judge Simons was a wise man and an excellent Judge. I am honored to serve in the judicial seat from which he retired in 2008. Jeff and I will always remember him. We pray that G-d will comfort his family. With deepest sympathy,
