Not sure what to say?

I hope the family still sees this. MR Walls was my most favorite teacher! He helped me to think for myself. He taught Contemporary issues and he was just amazing. I've learned to research and check things for myself and this process has helped me with my daughters illness, Autism. If I had just taken the powers that be for truth She'd be sitting in the corner rocking NOW she communicates, talks is going to homecoming this week end. I owe this to Mr. Walls!! Thanks you Mr WAlls for teaching...

Thank you Mr. Walls, your history class co-taught with Mr. Jackson was my favorite class in high school.

To the WALLS FAMILY:
The LHS GOLF TEAM sends its deepest sympathy to your family on the passing of our longtime COACH and FRIEND,
STU WALLS. His good sportsmanship, savvy and canny mentoring is remembered well by all of us.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Walls--and hope you enjoy those great golf courses and driving ranges beyong the "Pearly Gates"!

Past and Present

Mr. Walls you taught me that it was my responsibility to be smart and use that knowledge. You pushed and prodded at all the right moments and taught me to tie things together better and give more support. I learned how to cite historians and hold my own in an argument from you. You pushed me to the Citizen Bee and walked me through each step of the close up trip (which I paid for after a whole summer of working at Wendy's so I could go with you) when the Iran contra affair broke. I am a...

Goodbye old friend. Thanks for expecting excellence from all of us.

I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Walls for IB history during his last year at LHS. He was an amazing teacher, one of the best I've ever had. I'm currently working on my doctorate in history and still find myself thinking back to his class often. Thanks for all you taught us!

Teachers stay with us. They have great power and this man used his well. So many lucky students over so many good years.

Thanks Stu for taking so much of your time in making my scouting adventures some of the best times of my life. Those trips to Canada, Philmont, Moe's farm, etc gave a great insight into the man, Stu. The lessons he taught stick with me to this day. Among other things was to never accept mediocrity and…………. how to cook pancakes. He wasn't too fond of my burnt flapjacks on a cool morning in the Canadian Boundary Waters. Don't flip the pancakes till you see the bubbles on top, he said. I...

Mr. Walls was the best kind of teacher a student could have. He not only taught history, and the love of history, he taught his students critical thinking, to have an open minds, to be curious, and to keep learning. His lessons have stayed with me and helped me as I too continue to learn.
Peace and Blessings to the Walls family. Mr. Walls blessed all of his students.
