Dr. Wiley was and will always be remembered as a caring and compassionate MD. I recall growing up in Scottsbluff and visiting his office with my mom, Virginia Montanez who also was a Nurse at St Mary's Hospital. Dr Wiley proved that one person can make a difference in this world with his kind and caring touch. May GOD Bless his soul and the family during this difficult time. Dr. Wiley and Jenny were always such kind soles, and Dr.Wiley was such a pleasure to work for. He will always have a special place in my heart. And my family still has such fond memories of spending time in the cabin in Colo. Jenny and family know that you are in our hearts and prayers at this difficult time. Roylene

I have fond memories of Dr. Wiley as a child. He always made you feel safe. He was truly "One of the Best M.D.'s" a person could have.

Dr, Wiley delivered my first child at St. Mary's hospital 55 years ago. What a kind and gentle man. My condolences and sympathy to the family......I lost my husband of 57yrs in July so I understand.

Dr. Wiley was such a kindly and competent doctor and the first doctor I remember. He took a lot of fear out of my childhood broken bones, scrapes, falls and stitches. He was truly a wonderful doctor and person. God bless him and his family.
