Such sad news I just received about the death of a dear friend. I met Sue's daughter Ann when we both attended Rice University in Houston. Ann & I later became roommates and have been friends for many years. I spent many nights at the Brooks' house in Richardson, some with Ann & some without. Sue always welcomed me with open arms and I felt like part of the family. I made a point to visit her any time I was in the Dallas area. We had some fun times shopping together. I will always remember...
