Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Sue´s passing. We were both members of McLean AAUW and shared many hours working on the used book sale. She was such an asset.

This is hard to write . . I was shocked to learn of Sue's death! I remain sad and heartsick, and although I'd only known her for a short while, I respected and admired her. So courageous, resilient, intelligent, and with-it! But this isn't about me; my sincere sympathy goes to her family and friends, especially to Jean. Sue and I were colleagues in a way yet her career service to our country will live on forever. As will our loving memories of Sue. God bless.

Peter and I would like to offer our sincere condolences to you and your family. We saw Sue on March 23 when we had a Celebration of Life at our house for a mutual friend of ours! We promised eachother to have lunch together soon. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that she passed so unexpectedly! She was such a kind person and fun to be with ! We will miss her greatly! Gudule and Peter Theunissen friends

My sincere condolences

I met Sue and Dee through the McLean AAUW many years ago at their annual book collection & sale, now defunct. Sue was one of the experts heading up the collection. I always enjoyed talking to Sue and Dee about their travels to England & Europe. Sue, you will be greatly missed for your friendship, AAUW involvement and loving care of Dee. With Blessings and Love, Laurie Warhol

Condolences to the family and friends of Ms. Sue Burggraf. Many in Polish diaspora around the world, but particularly here in the United States, are aware of - and are deeply thankful for - her role in saving Polish Colonel Ryszard Kukli´nski and his family during the Cold War in the late 1970s and early 1980s. She was a very brave woman. Thank you Ms. Burggraf for your service to the United States. May your memory be a blessing.
