Not sure what to say?

Richard,
My condolences on the passing of your mother. At age 95, I am hoping she lived a happy fulfilling existence and that the fond memories of her provide a lasting legacy.

Barrett F. Pedersen

Dear Richard and Rhoda,
Ed and I are sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. She was a courageous, intelligent and elegant woman. We have fond memories of her.

I am so sorry for your loss.
My mother, Blanche Born, and Sue were good friends, fellow progressives and activists who spoke often about current events. Your mother shared her writings with my mother. We lost Blanche in 1999. Now they are together, cheering for Obama - or is it Hillary?
Again, I am so sorry for your loss. She was an extraordinary woman and a great talent. The world is a lesser place without her.
Sincerely,
Brenda Schory
