A true fighter and beacon of light you were, my sweet neighbor up the road. I will miss you dearly and may you rest in eternal peace.

Sue was a passionate musician as well as being a nice neighbor in the Vancouver Pops Orchestra. She sat next to me playing the trombone for the last six years but I didn't realize she was a microbiologist and had received her doctorate!
She will be missed and I look forward to honoring her by playing with the orchestra today.

I remember Sue spending endless volunteer hours at her church home.
Whatever she was doing it was with grace and intentionality...I admired her and was fortunate to have know her in my younger years, she was indeed an amazing role model!

I'm so blessed to have known Sue. My family was her family and that was so special. When times were tough she supported, when times were great she praised with Glory. All those children she touched in one way or another and she left a footprint with each one with Mary by her side. A servant like no other and a warrior for so many years. Good and faithful one. Love forever
