Sue Ellen Ramer

Sue Ellen Ramer, age 70 of Davenport, FL, passed away at 9:30am on November 5, 2021 at The Crossroads, Davenport, FL.  Sue was born on March 16, 1951 in Nappanee, IN to Eli and Freeda (Schwietert) Helmuth.  She had worked as a waitress and server in the restaurant industry her entire life. Sue moved from the Nappanee area to Florida in the early 1980s.  She enjoyed taking care of her cats, especially Mamma and Fritz.  Sue is survived by her partner Arsenio Urriola of Davenport, FL; a son, Brian (Nikki) Ramer of Wakarusa, IN; 3 grandchildren, Ethan Ramer, Ella Ramer, and Lucas Ramer, all of Wakarusa, IN; 6 siblings: Merv (Sharon) Helmuth of Goshen, IN, Elsie Beachy of Elkhart, Esther (Enos) Yoder of Leon, Iowa, Jerry (Carolyn) Helmuth of Wakarusa, IN, Ida Helmuth of Goshen, IN and Jim Helmuth of Goshen, IN.  Sue was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Margret, and a brother Bob Helmuth.  Friends and family may call for one hour prior to a 3pm Memorial service on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Thompson-Lengacher and Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, IN. Memorial services will start at 3pm.
